                       Guarantee

I, the seller, can not guarantee the puppy's size or color at adulthood as they change some as they grow. I cannot guarantee that the puppy/dog will breed, or will finish in a dog show. I, the seller, am not responsible for veterinarian bills or any other bills once the puppy leaves my home. I, the seller, will give a 48 hour guarantee on puppy against any puppy disease. The puppy should be checked out at a licensed veterinarian of their choice and at the buyers expense within that time, If the animal is found to be in a non-healthy condition by a qualified and registered vet, within 48 hours (two day) after the sell and provide the notice of said exam and results to the seller within 2 hours after the exam takes place and return puppy to the seller. NO CASH REFUND IS EVER MADE, I will not refund any money on purchased puppy if diagnosed with a puppy disease, but will replace the puppy will another puppy of the same value and conformation of original purchased puppy. If no puppy is available at that time, the next available puppy will be replaced. The buyer is responsible for all transportation fees of the replacement puppy if needed. If buyer chooses not to take said puppy to the vet for an exam, he or she forfeits all rights to a guarantee on purchased dog/puppy, at any time. Great care is exercised to prevent or eliminate parasites such as worms (roundworms, hookworms, tapeworms, and coccidia) fleas, ear mites, and ring worms, however, since these are quite common among animals we can not guarantee any animal to be totally parasite or fungus free. Care has been taken to give their first shots, dewormings and preventive ponazuril for coccidia, It is the buyer's responsibility to see the ongoing of shots and deworming. But with the details listed above, if the puppy is taken to the vet during the first 6 months and the puppy has a life threatening hereditary genetic disorder I will replace the puppy with proof from the veterinarian.

The Seller assumes no responsibility of the puppy after it leaves the possession of the seller, including medical expenses, mortality, landlord disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement of family, or for any reason including complications should this dog be neutered, or spayed at some later date. Make sure the puppy you want is the puppy you are taking home as once it leaves the seller's possession it can not be returned or swapped for any reason.

Please take your time to make sure this is the puppy you want. This is a lifetime commitment, We take it as a very serious commitment, we hope you will too. We urge you to restrain from taking your puppy anywhere that might be life threatening to them at any time during their life cycle. We as the seller will not be responsible for such acts.

*Purchasing a teacup-tiny toy size*

The buyer understands that a toy breed puppy is an extremely fragile creature and that additional care will be needed to insure the health and well being of the puppy. Young puppies can be prone to hypoglycemia, a condition of low blood sugar. Hypoglycemia can be brought on by stress, strenuous exercise, over handling, but most often it is brought on by a failure to eat a sufficient amount of good quality food. Puppies become depressed when first taken away from their mom and littermates. They need to be monitored and encouraged to eat and drink. They need lots of TLC. Some signs of hypoglycemia are pale grayish gums, instead of bright pink gums. Overall weakness, a wobbly gait. Using nutri-Cal reverses the condition temporarily. Bring the puppy to your vet ASAP. Problems arising from Hypoglycemia, malnutrition, and dehydration are not covered under the terms of this contract. It is the buyer's responsibility to properly care for and observe the condition of their puppy. Please read the hypoglycemia sheet given to you.

I have read and understand and agree to the above agreement and said conditions and by signing of this contact release the seller from responsibility of this puppy and any and everything that might happen to it.

hypoglycemia awareness

Hypoglycemia is a disorder of the central nervous system caused by low sugar. It occurs mostly in teacup breeds, but it can also occur in the larger breeds as well. Hypoglycemia can occur without warning when a puppy goes to a new home, misses a meal or doesn’t eat full meals, becomes chilled, overtired, or exhausted from too much handling or playing. Signs to look for are depression, weakness, being wobbly or jerky ( the head appears to be tilted to either left or right side, the neck appears stiff and in a locked position, the body may soon appear the same way, the teeth may be clamped tightly.) convulsions, seizures or coma which can result in death. The gums will appear white or gray instead of pink. Remember, this is only a puppy, compare it with an infant child which requires extra care. You would not wake your baby up to show your friends or neighbor, so do not wake your puppy up as it needs rest too. All of this is very important to your puppy’s health. Hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar, is a health problem that affects some small breed puppies, or toy puppies between the ages of 5 to 25 weeks. Hypoglycemia is recognizable by a healthy puppy suddenly becoming weak, listless and unaware of its surroundings, even unable to walk or stand. Advanced stages include seizures before lapsing into a coma, which is followed by death. Steps should be taken to immediately give the puppy glucose or sugar, Karo syrup is an excellent, easy source to have on hand, mixed with warm water and administered by a eye dropper, it can save the puppy’s life until veterinary help can be found, A veterinarian may administer glucose injections to the pup until the blood sugar is stable. The puppy should be carefully watched from that point on. No one knows why small puppies actually are more susceptible to this condition. Some think it is due to nutrition and advocate a natural, well balanced diet which is believed to keep the electrolyte level stable throughout the puppy’s fast growing period and extremely active stage of life. Some suggest the precaution of giving their puppies a daily sugar supplement. Whatever is done to handle the problem if it arises, you have the responsibility of keeping this up until the puppy stabilizes itself All we can do is to precaution you of this illness when you buy a small puppy, because if left unattended for more than 2 to 3 hours without food and proper care, it could go into this, as we call it Sugar Shock or Sugar level drop. Please, before you buy a small puppy, be very aware of this and other conditions that go with them and be prepared to accept responsibility for it. I cannot guarantee this health condition and it can be very heartbreaking if this happens to you. So, if you want a small puppy, care for it as if it was an infant coming home from the hospital. Tiny puppies are adorable and FRAGILE. Not being rude but I have spent many hours getting the puppy where it is and upon purchase it is your responsibility from that point to monitor it’s health. I will not be responsible if you lose the puppy to a sugar level drop as it is avoidable. Just make sure they eat and pay attention to how they feel.

Male vs. Female Puppies: Pros and Cons

Choosing between a male or female puppy is a common question for new dog owners. While every puppy has its own unique personality, there are some general differences between the sexes that may help you decide what’s best for your family.

Male Puppies

Pros:

  • Often more affectionate and eager to please

  • Usually more playful and goofy

  • Tend to bond well with all family members

  • May be more consistent in temperament

Cons:

  • Can be more easily distracted during training

  • May display marking behavior (especially if not neutered)

  • Sometimes more dominant or territorial toward other males

Female Puppies

Pros:

  • Often easier to train and more focused

  • Tend to mature faster than males

  • Usually less likely to roam

  • Can be a bit more independent

Cons:

  • May be moodier or more selective in affection

  • Can be territorial, especially around other females

  • Will go into heat if not spayed (which brings bleeding and behavior changes)

Important Note

Spaying and neutering play a big role in behavior. Many differences even out once a dog is fixed, especially marking, heat cycles, and roaming.

Final Thoughts

Both male and female puppies can make amazing pets. Your choice should depend on your lifestyle, experience, and what personality traits you're hoping for—not just gender. If you're still unsure, meeting the puppies in person and talking with your breeder can help you make the best match.
